Excellent service - from start to finish!! Cannot nearly emphasise enough how easy the entire process was. The driver was courteous and helped us with recommendations about where we could go for dinner! Would 100% use again, I'd highly recommend using Aeropick Airport Transfer!
My Driver arrived early and let me know and was happy to wait until the agreed time. The Car was very comfortable, clean and the driver was very polite. When we arrived at Heathrow , he helped me with my suit cases etc. Highly recommend and I would use again.

We used Aeropick three times on our recent trip to Europe! We had a 2 hour drive on two of those occasions. All of our drivers were reliable and polite. I want to shoutout our first driver Anu though! Going to a new country for the first time is a little nerve wrecking but he made us so comfortable. I enjoyed talking to him. Their customer service is amazing and I’ve always gotten a quick response. We will definitely use them again whenever we’re in the UK. It’s more expensive than an Uber but you get what you pay for. It was nice having someone meet us inside of the airport and knowing 100% we’d have a ride waiting for us!
While the driver was on time (I think he was actually early) and was a great driver etc, the company itself seem to have issues.When booking, I emailed them to check that the driver would arrive 30 mins after the plane to give us time to get through but got no response.We also requested and paid for a baby seat, but the driver was totally unaware of this and did not have one. I accepted this as an error and went on with the transfer. When I contacted the company after this to arrange a refund of the baby seat charge and they have completely ignored me on all platforms so far. I cannot get any response from them.

I never give scathing reviews as there are always positives about everything. However, on this occasion I cannot think of anything that was memorable in a good way. This was the worst experience I have ever had in terms of a transfer. The car was too small,it was late and they forgot our carseat. When I complained it was a painful ordeal. Still waiting for a partial refund 3 weeks later. I will never use this company again and I will definitely use a more professional company when I travel next.Poor quality and inept service

Excellent service. Picked up by Charles from Gatwick airport. I was at the Premier Inn and he even waited outside the front door to pick me up so I did not have to take my cases very far. Very clean car.
To the manager.I would like to seek compensation for the booking above due to the bad experience we encountered with the service we received vs the service we should have received. We are also seeking compensation for the train ticket that our guest missed.First, We had a dear friend who had several commitments and we were trying to find a safe and easy way for her to travel to us in the North. I called a friend of mine who lives in London to ask him what he thinks we should do (e.g. do we have her take the Heathrow Express, the Piccadilly tube line or just get a black cab?) Our friend immediately recommended a taxi service and one of the names he mentioned was your company, Aeropick, as well as a few others. At £ 80 we thought it was worth it so that our friend could feel comfortable, safe and get to her train at Kings Cross on time. We were willing to try it at any rate. As frequent flyers to places like Africa, America, Europe and with contacts all over the world, we have seen arrival halls where company drivers hold up signs with the names of passengers on them. We never needed these services for ourselves but for our guest - this time, we choose one, and it was Aeropick.Second, the driver was late. The driver was supposed to be outside of W H Smith in terminal 3 in Heathrow at 13:15. This would have given our speaker the time it would take to get to the Kings Cross train station to catch her 14:30 train. The first time I became concerned was when I tried reaching the driver at 12:52 and there was no answer. While I had a return call at 12:57, the diver didn't sound engaged and almost disinterested as if he only woke up. He said he would be there on time however I called again at 13:19 and he was still not there.Third, I paid £ 80 for a premium service to keep our guest safe and give her the best experience possible and we had a speaking engagement that night in the North of the country so timing was critical. This is why I choose your company. As I mentioned, I booked with your company to keep my guest safe and on time, not late and not feeling uncomfortable which brings me to the forth point.Forth, when our guest was finally picked up, over 45 minutes late, your taxi driver took his time getting her to Kings Cross. In fact, our guest mentioned that it felt very strange being in the car with him because he went extremely slow (about 5 miles under the speed limit the whole time) as if he was trying to make a point and make her feel uncomfortable. In fact, he went so slow cars were passing him all the time. Then, what happened made my guest feel even more strange. At one point he asked her if she liked tea or coffee. She said yes, she did like tea. His next move was to turn down a very narrow alley way/side street that was not well traveled on and parked the car. This made my guest feel nervous because she didn't know what he was doing. At that point he was going to get out of the car and so she asked him what he was doing and he said "I am going to stop for tea and coffee' at which point she kindly but firmly told him she didn't want to stop for tea of coffee because she had to catch her train. He said that he thought she missed her train however because of how nervous he made her feel she told him that she had not missed her train. In addition to that, everyone knows that if you miss a train you can get another one usually within 30-60 minutes). Our friend began to fear for her safety and even told her husband that she could not get out of the car fast enough. Our guest knew to speak kindly and nicely to the driver so that she could get to the train station. He assumed that her train had been cancelled. No one understands why he didn't ask her in the first place. He then proceeded to take her to the train station, albeit without care or concern for her train, even after realising that she had to try and catch the next train, he still drove in a slow manner when he left the street he had gone down to the train station causing further aggravation and frustration.

Very poor management..extremely disappointed.. book with cautionBooked a 9:30am pick up from hotel..we were emailed the following day asking if we could switch our time to 9am.. we emailed agreeing to the switch to which no response was given…the morning of, we were sent the driver’s information and when it was now around 10am, we called, only to be informed that it was a different driver coming.. called the main office to be informed that they are sorting it out and I would be called back..eventually I called back and was then given the new driver’s information….So we’re picked up a little after 10:30am.. got to the aéroport 12:15pm and boarding was 12:45 pm..Unfortunately, with this service u need to prepay, so it’s difficult to get your money back.. this gets 2 stars because the 2 drivers we interacted with were pleasant
I arranged for a pick up at 1610 at Gatwick on Friday 1 September for a period of waiting time of 40 minutes with Aeropick.Due to weather issues we were 8 minutes late arriving at the pick up point.We waited for two hours at the agreed pick up area but no driver showed up at all and we eventually paid for a bus.I tried phoning on a number of occasions but could not get through as the line was always engaged and despite always being number one in the call waiting list, I had no joy. On one occasion I left a message and I also sent an email to them with no response.When I booked I was advised that I would get a confirmation email but I never received any email.I checked my credit card and I was charged £131 my the company.The whole experience has been very upsetting, stressful and distasteful for us.

Aeropick was very disappointing!!! First of all they showed up on the wrong day. They did come back the next day but I was charged twice. They told me they never received the money from the bank. Because I needed the ride to Dover I paid them a deposit and then the balance. Everything was processed by the bank on the same day. I contacted the company and had correspondences back and forth. The company stopped communicating with me and stopped answering my emails. I disputed the charge with the bank which spoke with the company which again said they never received the money. I’m letting the bank handle it obviously we have proof we were charged twice. As far as the driver he was ok. Nothing out of this world. Wasn’t too sure where he was going at the portI would never recommend this company in the basis they stopped communicating regarding the double charge
Our flight arrived at Heathrow several hours late and soon as we landed I received a text from my driver saying he knows we have now landed and to contact him when clearing baggage claim. We did and he was there waiting and had a great ride to Southhampton in a beautifully clean car! couldn’t have been better service, Aeropick is my go too service!

This has to be one of the best shuttle services of all time. We used their service from Heathrow all the way to the Midlands. The vehicle was very spacious and tidy, the driver was super nice, he helped with our luggages, offered us water and went the extra mile by telling us a bit of some cities as we drove past them and he also recommended tourist attractions we could visit during our stay. Aeropick Airport Transfer services are the best service I have ever received. I am shocked to see that some of the Airport transfer company try their best to deliver the best customer service. I booked my transfers with them every time i went out because i know they are reliable and trustworthy and they will be here before time to pick me up. All of their drivers help people with their luggage door to door and they always have extra space in your car so that you can add more baggage at last minute. Also i wanted to tell you that their prices are non beatable with any other airport transfers.
