Note: For airport pickups, please use WhatsApp to contact your driver, they will be waiting at the meeting point in the arrivals hall. If your flight arrives early, we will try but are under no obligation to pick up the passenger earlier than their specified pickup time.
Refunds will be issued on the following grounds:
If the passenger missed the flight and informed us 3 hours in advance either by phone or by email asking to cancel.
All cancellations are subject to an admin fee of £6.00.
In the unlikely event that your driver is unable to pick you up on time, we will try to find you a new driver as soon as possible. If this is a significant delay, and you wish to seek alternative transport, you can cancel the booking for a full refund.
No refund will be issued for following:
If the passenger books the Private Hire Vehicle for wrong date/wrong luggage amount for the vehicle and other misleading information.
If the passenger leaves the airport or any other agreed pick up address without informing us for any reason.
