Terms & Conditions​

  • For all airport pick-ups, parking is included in the price, however there will be additional charges after 30 minutes waiting. A charge of £6.00 every 30 minutes.
  • Our drivers are advised to park and meet you at our designated meeting points of the arrivals inside the terminal. Parking tariffs set by the airport authorities, not the company, and vary at each airport
  • We recommend booking your pickup at least 30 minutes after your flight is expected to land to allow enough time for customs and baggage reclaim. 
  • Pick-ups from an address(residential or business) allow up to 15 minutes free waiting from the booking time and there after a £0.20(20p) per minute waiting charge will apply.
  • Our fares are based on direct trips with passengers being ready to travel at the time of booking and place as specified, we can try to pick you up earlier than specified in your booking if you are on a tight schedule, but note that all driver assignments are planned around the given pickup time and this can be difficult to arrange. We are only obliged to pick you up at the exact pickup time. 
  • The driver will take the route to a destination by considering the following facts: the traffic, time, road closures, diversions and any incidents.
  • For any UK address pick-up: the driver will wait up to 30 minutes from the booked time. If we were unable to contact passenger (ringing the door bell and calling the contact phone number), we will pull the driver away and the passenger will be responsible for the full cost.
  • No reservation is considered as accepted until confirmed by phone or email and passenger has been issued with a confirmation reference number. An online deposit payment must be made in order to be assigned a driver. This is confirmed in a separate email containing their details. 
  • Additional surcharge of 50% on the price quoted on the site may be added on the following dates 24, 25, 26, 31 December as well as 1st of January.
  • There might be additional charges if the passenger has to make a stop during journey (minimum £5) or any other diversions on the way.
  • The company will not accept any liability for the following: Severe traffic delays, road closures, extreme and poor weather conditions.
  • Cancellation should be done 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking pick-up time.
  • Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the pick up time will incur a 100% charge.

Note: For airport pickups, please use WhatsApp to contact your driver, they will be waiting at the meeting point in the arrivals hall. If your flight arrives early, we will try but are under no obligation to pick up the passenger earlier than their specified pickup time.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued on the following grounds:

If the passenger missed the flight and informed us 24 hours in advance either by phone or by email asking to cancel.

All cancellations are subject to an admin fee of £6.00.

In the unlikely event that your driver is unable to pick you up on time, we will try to find you a new driver as soon as possible. If this is a significant delay, and you wish to seek alternative transport, you can cancel the booking for a full refund. 

No refund will be issued for following:

If the passenger books the Private Hire Vehicle for wrong date/wrong luggage amount for the vehicle and other misleading information.

If the passenger leaves the airport or any other agreed pick up address without informing us for any reason.
