We offer a safe and reliable transfers with fully insured vehicles and drivers that are DBS checked and licenced by the Transport for London. Our drivers will meet the passengers in the arrival hall of the airport terminal with the student’s name card. If their is a delay, our driver will check with our office, the booked accommodation, the booker- parent/guardian. All drivers carry mobile phones to contact the passengers via phone or Whatsapp. If all measures fail the drivers are required to update the Aeropick control room before leaving the airport so the office can also try and get an update before pulling off the pick-up point.
