Absolutely. On Step 3 of your booking confirmation, there is a section called Customer Requirements where you can note any special instructions or needs for your driver.
What happens after I make an online booking?
You will receive a booking confirmation email with all the details.
Please review it and if you notice any errors or need changes, simply reply to the same email with the correct information.
Can I add a child seat to my booking?
Yes! You can add a free child seat on Step 3 of the booking confirmation page.
After You Book
When will I receive the driver details?
We will send the driver's contact number, name, vehicle details, and photos one day before your journey.
Can I change my booking after it's confirmed?
Yes, you can amend your date, time, or pickup location by emailing or calling us.
Please note: if the new location includes additional miles, an extra charge may apply.
Airport Pickup Experience
Will the driver monitor flight delays or early arrivals?
Yes, we monitor all flights in real time.
- If your flight is delayed, we will send the driver 30 minutes after your flight lands—at no extra cost.
- If your flight arrives early, we will try to send the driver earlier based on the new arrival time.
Where will the driver meet me at the airport?
The driver will be waiting outside the arrival hall, holding a name board with your name.
Meeting point details will be sent to your email upon booking confirmation.

Any extra charge for flight delays or cancellations?
No, we track your flight’s landing time and adjust accordingly.
There are no extra charges for delays or cancellations caused by the airline.
How will the driver contact me after landing?
Once your flight lands, the driver will contact you via international phone call or WhatsApp.
You will also receive live arrival notifications to your email.
In Case of Issues
What if my flight is cancelled?
If your flight is cancelled, you can reschedule your booking with us for any future date at no extra cost. Just inform us as soon as possible.
Is gratuity included in the price?
No, gratuity is not included. It is completely at the passenger’s discretion.
